We at Beresheet got a required from a client that purchase this Beverly hills 1,600 soft apartment to help he’s daughter to move out to California to complete her Doctor degree In UCLA. 

As the client arrive from Hung kong with a limited of a travel time we have completed reviewing they needs and understanding the how that is important to let her and the other family feeling at home. 

With then 4 days we have our office completed all necessary documents while in the meantime the CEO go over all the Drawing & sketches so we can submit to the Beverly Hills city hall. 

Following the plans approval & MEP title 24 for the new renovation we have complete a small design board & material purchases so be can get them on time that needed. 

Along with the demolition we have update the client over our system Porgram with photos, documents until completion of this project. 

The complete renovation including 2 1/2 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, laundry room, kitchen, New electrical & lighting, New Hvac system floor & bathrooms. 

With coordinate with the tenant below, HOA  and deadline of 90 days the daughter can start her new semester.
